Please note that this is a third-floor walk-up with no elevator access. As with many beach-area properties, you may hear some typical coastal sounds during your stay.

Guests are welcome to use the provided beach gear, but we ask that you rinse and return all items to the balcony storage bin after use.

In accordance with Ocean City’s quiet hours ordinance (§30-372), please keep noise to a minimum between 12 AM and 7 AM.

To maintain a comfortable experience for all guests:

-No parties or events are allowed

-No bookings from guests under 25 years old

-No smoking

-Pets are not allowed, per condo association rules (owners only)
